Footscray Pair Blitz Canoe Sprint Nationals
The Canoe Sprint Nationals were held on 10-14 March at Penrith, NSW. Whilst Footscray members tend to focus more on marathon than sprint, George Bradilovic and Dom Scarfe made the trip up the Hume for what was to be a smashing week. The pair competed in almost everything they could find in singles and doubles (together), and performed brilliantly resulting in the club placing 11th overall on points (out of 45), and 1st in Victoria.
