Tuesday Night Handicap Races
6:00pm every Tuesday night all year round.
Time trials are handicap races. Paddlers commence at a different time depending on ability and previous time trial results.
Points are awarded based on position, with additional points granted for personal best times.
Each race is run over 50 minutes, and how far you paddle will depend on how fast you are. So whether you’re just looking for some company on the water while you do a lap or two down to the first bridge, or you’re in it to win it (or you just like trying to test the handicapper!), it’s a great opportunity to come down and meet other club members and have a friendly (or not so friendly!) paddle.
